Pope’s Collection

The annual Pope’s Collection is being taken up next weekend.  Please put something extra in the Offertory Collection.  Thank You.

R.T.E. Mass

The R.T.E. Mass this Sunday at 11.15am will be celebrated in St. John’s Church , Kilkenny.  The Celebrant is our bishop, Bishop Séamus Freeman, SAC.  St. John’s Church celebrates it’s Centenary this year and we wish the priests and people of the parish many blessings on this happy occasion.

Tax Relief Scheme

Parishioners returning completed CHY2 Tax Certificates are asked to do so at their earliest convenience enabling us to process our application for tax relief on donations under the Charities Act

as soon as possible.  Thank you for your co-operation.

 

“Only you can get to know your Neighbours!”

Know your Neighbour Weekend July 12th-13th July

“People don’t even know their own neighbours.”  How many times have we heard this in recent times ?  Macra na Feirme’s Solution is the ‘Know Your Neighbour Weekend’, which will take place for the third year on July 12th and 13th next.

This campaign encourages people to organise an activity over this weekend and invite their neighbours along.

Sacrament of Baptism:

The sacrament of Baptism is celebrated each Saturday at 5pm

Sacrament of Confession:

The sacrament of reconciliation is available each Saturday evening  before the Vigil Mass.
