One day Jesus made his way out of Nazareth, on his long journey to the river Jordan.  He was in his normal pleasant mood, as usual, and he was thing of himself in the river.

He knew it was a long way so he turned his mind to the road.  He took his time so as not to tire out.  When he reached the river John was shouting at a crowd of people to get ready for confession.  Jesus walked into the river and waited and John came beside him and said "welcome".

Soon everyone else was done and John said to them God know that you are sorry, so go home now, and live as God wants.  Then John baptised Jesus and as soon as he stood out of the water, John heard God saying "THIS IS MY SON, I LOVE HIM AND I AM PLEASED WITH HIM."
