There were once ten lepers who were sent far away from their home because they were diseased with a thing called leprosy. they then lived on their own in a small wood.  they were fed by people sneaking in with plates of food for them.  They never saw anybody else.  One day a different person same.  He definitely was not a leper.  he spoke to them.  they were surprised that he even went near them.  he was the first person they had seen in years.  And he didn't seem worried.  they then spoke to Jesus.  they told him how much they missed their families how long they hadn't seen them and how they were forced away from their home and the townspeople.

Then something strange but extraordinary happened they looked at each other - they looked different somehow.  "Were cured" one of them shouted immediately they all started celebrating - they all ran back to their house shouting with joy.  but one just one came back to thank Jesus.  you can think how upset he was "one out of ten people thanked me he said to himself.  And how ashamed he was.
